A consultant trained in creativity in enterprise, Les has led research in the Americas, Asia and Europe since 1989 serving global organizations in times of economic volatility. Examining models for effective global integration, he is co published in Managing The Technology Transfer Process: The Parallel Learning Mechanism (Shani and Joynes); and contributed to Looking to New Institutional Models: China’s Cultural Landscape by Mid-Century. He has advised multinational clients including DuPont, 3M, GE, Bayer, Dow, BASF, Braun, and General Motors in Energy, Manufacturing, IT, Genetics, Healthcare, Higher Education and Culture

Les is recipient of the Fulbright-Nehru Academic and Professional Excellence Award; Fulbright-Hays US Public Diplomacy Awards for China an Mongolia and was a Department of State sponsored ACMS Fellow to research international collaboration in higher education. In addition to his training in management Les is trained in creative thinking and methodologies with graduate training in the US, UK, Japan and Brazil. He is a New York University trained Leadership Coach.
